St. David’s is an active parish with multiple avenues for service, fellowship, and ministry. Here are just a few!
Administry - This faithful group of people work in the Church Office answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting in the administrative responsibilities of the parish.
Altar Guild - Members of the Altar Guild prepare our Nave for worship each week. Responsibilities include caring for our linens, vestments, vessels, and arranging altar flowers.
Acolytes - Acolytes serve as assistants to the clergy during corporate worship. The term acolyte comes from the Greek word akolouthos meaning follower, and they have both practical and liturgical responsibilities. Both adults and youth can serve as acolytes.

Fellowship
Fellowship gatherings are a wonderful way to build community and deepen relationships within the church. We work hard and we play hard! In addition to our weekly coffee hour, join us for some of these events: Friday Friends, Pancake Supper, St. David’s Day, Pentecost Celebration, Trunk-or-Treat, and Needlework Guild.
Men’s Bible Study “Something to Chew on” - Join us for a morning of fellowship, conversation, and discipleship on Tuesdays at 8:00AM in the Parish Hall! Coffee and pastries will be provided.
St. Francis Guild - When St. Francis asked God what he should do with his life, the Lord spoke to him: “Francis, go and rebuild my church which, as you see, is falling down.” While our church is certainly far from falling down, this ministry team works day after day to maintain the beauty and functionality of our buildings and three acre property.
Wednesday Night Discipleship - Each Wednesday we gather to grow in our faith, our relationship with Jesus, and with one another. Potluck at 5:30 and study at 6:00PM.
Women’s Ministry - Join us for a time of connection, support, and discipleship on Thursdays at 10:00AM.
Other ministries include: Music Ministry, Food for Friends, Stewardship, Pastoral Care, Lay Eucharistic Ministers, Technology Team, Ushers, Greeters, Community Connections, and Al-Anon.
Outreach Ministry
Our Outreach Ministry is a financially self-supporting ministry, raising funds through a series of annual events and giving away 100% of the proceeds to local partners and those in need.
While financial support is vital to our ministry partners, there are also a variety of hands-on, incarnational opportunities for mission and service in our community.
Some of our ministry partners are Family Promise, The Salvation Army, Nana’s House, The Central Brevard Sharing Center, Children’s Hunger Project, Second Harvest Food Bank and Cape-view Elementary School Food Pantry.
